Thank you for choosing GoldenLion Consulting Services Pvt Ltd as your Zoho Partner. We look forward
to being of service to you and maintaining a long-term relationship with your company.

We would like to take this opportunity to explain our policies in detail to more clearly define our
business relationship. Please review the following terms and conditions.

1. What We Bill For

Implementation of Industry Solutions Built on Zoho CRM

The Industry Solutions implementation (transferring the solution as it is) is on a Fixed Cost basis. Please
note, any further customization on the system is not included in the implementation fee and to be
estimated as Hourly Work.

Hourly Work

We work on a pre-paid hourly model. Depending on your requirement, you can purchase a suitable
block of hours, and we get started on the work. We share regular timesheets with our customers to
maintain how much time we’ve consumed on which task. Please note, we would share an estimated
implementation/development time in advance for your requirements based on the requirement
gathering session. All of our time for consulting, customizing, training, or developing your Zoho
applications is billable at our hourly rates. Time communicating with client’s employees, 3rd party
vendors, and/or partners is also billable.

Hourly Rates

Our hourly rates depend on the block of hours you are purchasing at one go. We can share our complete
rate card after the initial consultation.

2. Hourly Support Plans

Hourly support does not have a limit on the scope of services. Before GoldenLion uses any hours
purchased for support, we will contact the primary contact for approval.

3. Refund Policy

In an unlikely scenario where you might want to stop the project mid-way, GoldenLion can only refund
the unutilized hours within 90 days period from the invoice date.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As requested, services are performed on your Zoho Suite of Applications, your responsibilities are as

Response Times

When GoldenLion is working on your projects, we might need your inputs/feedback on regular basis. In
these cases, we would request you to share the same within a week. Not doing so will extend the total
timeline of the project. A project might have to be rescheduled entirely, if the standard response times
are not met. You agree that GoldenLion shall, in no event, be liable for any consequential, incidental,
indirect, special, punitive, or other loss or damage whatsoever or for loss of business profits, business
interruption, computer failure, loss of business information, or the loss arising out of or caused by your
use of or inability to use the service.

5. Terms and Conditions

  • In an unlikely scenario where you might want to stop the project mid-way, GoldenLion can only
    refund the unutilized hours within 90 days period from the invoice date.
  • GoldenLion will not be held responsible for timeline delays caused by the Customer or its
  • GoldenLion will not be held responsible for any limitations of Zoho Applications as well as of
    any Third-Party Applications you are looking at integrating with Zoho.
  • Any changes in the Scope of Work might affect the budgeted hours as well as the timeline.
  • Any increase in the Scope of Work will have to be estimated separately.
  • GoldenLion expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No
    advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by you from its employees or
    representatives shall create any warranty.
  • All delivery timelines are considered as working days that are exclusive of Saturday, Sunday,
    and Holidays at GoldenLion. However, delivery timelines may differ based on the
